Refund Policy

1. Wallet Recharges

Please review the recharge amount carefully before confirming payment. Wallet credits do not expire, so any balance you add remains available for future consultations.

The only exceptions are described in Sections 2 and 3 below: refunds for consultations interrupted by a technical issue on our side, and reversals for failed payments where money was deducted but never credited to your wallet.

2. After a Consultation

However, if a consultation was interrupted or ended prematurely due to a technical issue on our side (server error, app crash, payment deduction error), the charges for that session are fully refunded — automatically where possible, or upon request.

3. Failed Payments

If a payment was deducted from your bank or card but your wallet was not credited, the amount is typically reversed automatically by the payment gateway within 24 hours.

If the automatic reversal does not occur within 24 hours, contact us at support@jaimini.app and we will resolve it within 2 business days. You may choose either of the following:
