Refund Policy

1. Wallet Recharges

Unused wallet balance is fully refundable within 7 days of recharge, provided no consultation was initiated during that period.

To request a refund of your unused wallet balance, email us at support@jaimini.app with the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Phone Number]”. Include:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

2. After a Consultation

However, if a consultation was interrupted or ended prematurely due to a technical issue on our side (server error, app crash, payment deduction error), the charges for that session are fully refunded — automatically where possible, or upon request.

3. Failed Payments

If a payment was deducted from your account but your wallet was not credited, the amount is typically reversed automatically within 24 hours by the payment gateway.

If the automatic reversal does not occur within 24 hours, contact us at support@jaimini.app and we will resolve it within 2 business days.
