Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Jaimini mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Jaimini provides a platform connecting users with independent Vedic astrologers for personalised consultations, as well as self-service Vedic astrological tools including Kundali generation, horoscope content, and calculators.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service
• You must provide accurate birth information to receive meaningful astrological results
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One account per person — multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

• Wallet credits are added when you recharge using a supported payment method via Cashfree
• Per-minute billing begins when an astrologer accepts and joins your chat session
• Wallet credits used in completed consultations are non-refundable
• Unused wallet balance is refundable — see our Refund Policy for details
• All payments are processed by Cashfree Payment Gateway, subject to their terms
• Jaimini is not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank or payment provider

Astrologers on the Jaimini platform are independent consultants, not employees of Jaimini. Jaimini does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any consultation provided by astrologers on the platform.

You may report an astrologer for unprofessional conduct at support@jaimini.app. We investigate all reports within 48 hours and take appropriate action.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten astrologers or other users
• Provide false birth information to obtain misleading readings
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes or to mislead others
• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute Jaimini content without written permission
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service

All content, design, code, branding, and intellectual property in the Jaimini app and website is owned by Jaimini and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted content without explicit written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may delete your account at any time via the app settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via push notification and/or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
