Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Jaimini mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Jaimini is a Vedic astrology application. It calculates your birth chart from your birth details using the Swiss Ephemeris, and provides self-service tools including Kundali generation, Dasha timelines, compatibility matching, Panchang, horoscope content, palmistry and calculators.

It also offers paid consultations with AI astrologer personas modelled on practising Vedic astrologers. See Section 6.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service
• You must provide accurate birth information to receive meaningful astrological results
• Your account is tied to your phone number and verified by one-time password. You are responsible for keeping access to that number secure
• One account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

• Wallet credits are added when you recharge using a supported payment method via Cashfree
• Your first consultation is free. After that, per-minute billing begins when the session starts and stops when it ends
• Wallet recharges are non-refundable once successfully credited to your wallet. Wallet credits may only be used for consultations and services within the Jaimini app and cannot be withdrawn or transferred back to any payment method
• Wallet credits do not expire and remain available for future consultations
• Limited exceptions apply for technical issues on our side and for failed payments. See our Refund Policy for details
• All payments are processed by Cashfree Payment Gateway, subject to their terms
• Jaimini is not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank or payment provider

Each astrologer in Jaimini is an AI persona modelled on a practising Vedic astrologer. Their method, their speciality and the way they read a chart were developed from time spent with real Jyotishis, and the rating and review figures shown on a profile come from that practitioner’s public Google reviews.

The replies are generated by that AI persona, not written by a person at the moment you ask. No human being is reading your chart or typing a reply in real time. Your personal report, your daily horoscope and your palm reading are produced the same way.

Because of that, replies may occasionally be inaccurate or inconsistent, and the same question may be answered differently on different occasions. Jaimini does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any consultation.

You can report a reply that is offensive, harmful or inappropriate from within the app, or by writing to support@jaimini.app. We review reports within 48 hours.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse or threaten other users or our staff
• Provide false birth information to obtain misleading readings
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes or to mislead others
• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute Jaimini content without written permission
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service

All content, design, code, branding, and intellectual property in the Jaimini app and website is owned by Jaimini and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted content without explicit written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may delete your account at any time via the app settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via push notification and/or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
